Belmont 16′ Sailing Club No’2 def Toronto Workers Club

Minor Semi-Final – Monday 13th February

Adamstown Club No1 def Belmont 16′ Sailing Club No’1

Final – Monday 20th February

Toronto Workers Club V Adamstown Club No’1 at Cardiff Panthers

Belmont 16′ Sailing Club and Kahibah Sports Club have been fined 2 points each for posting result slips in the one envelope.

It states on the top of the draw and has been in the minutes on a number of occasions that result slips MUST be posted in seperate envelopes AT ALL TIMES and was in the minutes that if this occurred, the 2 offending teams would both lose 2 points regardless of who posted the results.

The Committee made this ruling on 2nd September, 2008 for the reason if one result slip goes astray in the mail, the Grade Secretary always has one to be able to complete the pointscore.

  1. Moved Mark Hugo Seconded Ross Parr that as from the next competition, ALL result slips must be posted
in separate envelopes. If both results are received in the one envelope, BOTH TEAMS involved will be
fined 2 competition points. NO EXCEPTIONS

This decision was CARRIED

This decision was not decided lightly by the Committee
and will be enforced, so PLEASE
do the right thing and post your results separately.

PLEASE NOTE: The Handicap Freeze is now in effect.
